  • Absolutely! My online coaching programs are tailored to your fitness level, whether you're just starting or already experienced. Beginners will receive easy-to-follow programs with instructions to ensure proper form and progression.

  • Communication frequency depends on the plan you select. For most packages, you'll have weekly or monthly check-ins, and I’m available for questions and support between sessions.

  • Not at all! Your program can be designed for home, gym, or even outdoor workouts. It’s all based on your preferences and access to equipment.
