Alice barker Fitness & lifestyle is dedicated to providing high-quality support and guidance throughout your fitness journey. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the cancellation and rescheduling policies below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Two-Week Notice: A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for the cancellation of your online coaching subscription. Cancellations made within this period will be charged the full agreed-upon fee.

  • 24 hours or less: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of a session will incur 100% of the agreed fee.

  • Over 24 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees.

  • payment is required no later than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

Subscription Adjustments & Pausing

  • If you need to modify or pause your coaching plan, please provide at least two weeks’ notice to discuss available options.

  • Adjustments to check-ins or training plans must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
